This begins with a site visit and general conversation surrounding the lot itself and how extensive site preparations appear to be. Seasoned in the field, we can often help you see lot benefits and drawbacks that may positively / negatively impact your budget or timeline.

For those wanting to take the next step with a potential piece of property, the Tharpe team can connect and interface directly with any number of trusted land surveyors to further evaluate the lot. This reveals information about boundary lines, the existence of underground cables and drains, and zoning classifications, which may or may not impact the ability or desire for a client to move forward.

From here, we will either continue vetting land together or begin the next steps of construction planning. At this stage, we will connect you with any / all of the following:
